Tallow is derived from rendered beef fat. Rendering involves separating the fat from animal tissue by slowly cooking it down to obtain a purified oil, known as tallow.

Our tallow is of the highest, freshest quality, 100% grass fed & finished, certified kosher, straight from local farms in Illinois. Tallow that is completely grass fed contains higher concentrations of Omega 3 fats, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Our tallow is also whipped to provide a handcrafted, velvety texture that glides onto skin, retaining superior moisture and world-class aroma.

Tallow is stable and doesn't need refrigeration. Preferably use within 6-12 months. If it melts and separates, chill or rewhip to restore consistency. We don't use preservatives, so keep water out to prevent mold.
